Posted in environment, green tips by jenGreen Tip: Conserve Water. It’s a misconception that there is an endless supply of water available for our reckless consumption. On the contrary, in many countries there is a huge shortage, not to mention a drought in Los Angeles as we speak.
Here are some simple things you can do to preserve water-Turn the tap off while you brush your teeth. . Wait until you have a full load before you do laundry or run the dishwasher. Keep a pitcher of water in the refrigerator instead of running the tap for cold drinks. Take shorter showers (aka navy showers) or squeeze in a little ‘sexytime’ and shower with your boo. The list goes on but it’s pretty self-explanatory. Waste not, want not!!
