Jet Blue Is Doing It Too

No longer will you be able to request a blankie and a pillow on Jet Blue. Not for free anyway. Thanks to the effed up economy and the rising costs of fuel, the airline will no longer stock recycled pillows and blankets. Instead they will offer an eco-friendly option for $7, on flights longer than two hours.
The carrier claims the pillow and blanket feature a fabric technology, developed by CleanBrands LLC, that blocks pesky critters like dust mites, mold spores, pollen and pet dander.
