Although the “Repeat Offenders Program” sounds like some kind of rehabilitation program for recently released prisoners, it’s actually the brainchild of Abbot Kinney boutique, Heist.
They’ve created a brown and cream reusable bag that will get you shopping dollars towards purchases at their store each time you use it.
